Dispatching orders.

We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed before 12pm 'noon' will be dispatched the same day. Any orders after then will be dispatched the next working day.

UK shipping.

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked - £4.45 (delivered within 1/2 days).

Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - £3.95 (delivered within 2/5 days).

Free UK Shipping - We also offer free UK shipping if your order is over £100 (delivered within 2/5 days).

International Shipping.

Europe 

International Zone 1 Tracked Shipping - £13.50 (delivered within 3/5 days). 

Rest of the World 

International Zone 2 Tracked Shipping - £17.95 (delivered within 5/7 days). 

Tracking.

All orders are sent via a tracked service.

You'll receive a tracking ID link in your order confirmation email, use this to follow your orders right to your doorstep.

Returns.

Due to being a small independent business we cannot accept returns on items that do not fit (please check item measurements for an assured fit)

However if significant damage or wear are present (that haven't been mentioned in the description) we are happy to discuss your return.

Buyer must front the return postage (we recommend you use a Tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible for items that go missing being returned to us).

Refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item.

When approved, your refund will be processed within 3/5 working days depending on your payment option.
