We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

Orders will be shipped within 1 working day of original purchase.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.45 (delivered within 1/2 days).

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £3.95 (delivered within 2/5 days).

Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed next day - £9.95 (delivered next day by 1pm)

Free UK Express Shipping - Orders over £100 (delivered within 1/2 working days).

 

International Shipping.

Europe 

International Zone 1 Tracked Shipping - £13.50 (delivered within 3/5 working days). 

Rest of the World 

International Zone 2 Tracked Shipping - £17.95 (delivered within 5/7 working days). 

Customs Information

Please note that as a business we do not take responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to your order. These fees are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.

Tracking.

All orders are sent via a tracked service.

You'll receive a tracking ID with a link in your order confirmation email, use this to follow orders right to your doorstep.

Returns.

We accept returns up to 14 days after your purchase date. 

Buyer must front the return postage (we recommend you use a Tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible for items that go missing being returned to us).

Refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item.

When approved, your refund will be processed within 3/5 working days depending on your payment option.
